Black Ink Technologies' EyeOn suite is a sales and marketing platform designed for organizations who sell whole goods via distributors and dealers. Parent/children relationships between dealers and sub-dealers can be assigned. EyeOn: Customer is similar to Dealer, but rather than dealers it is a database of customers. Whenever a new product registration gets added, the system checks if the customer's information matches any existing one. As in Dealer, users can create lists based on filtering. Custom callouts, such as loyalty program use-codes, can be added to customer's accounts to make distinguishing them quicker and easier. Identifying cross-selling opportunities is a breeze with EyeOn: Customer, since it is possible for users to search for customers who have bought certain products but have not bought certain other products.
